My father-in-law won $1900 on a machine in the casino and we were told that there was a 30% tax on any winnings over $1200. My husband did try to say when checking out that he was disappointed in the service but honestly they weren't interested. Bar Staff weren't interested and kept trying to give us warm drinks when it was 47 degrees. drinks were extortionate $32 for a slush puppy cocktail. they are now charging for sun loungers round the pool which was definitely not the case pre-pandemic. they then tried to charge us for the food we had on the complimentary credit. they gave us complimentary credit to our room to use in the restaurants in planet hollywood and also 2 nights resort fee back.Ĭheck out was pretty back, place was so busy and they had tried to charge us 3 times for late check out. My husband complained and they tried to say that the room cleaning service was a nice to have and weren't obliged to clean the rooms every day (not what the maid said to us though). we were there for 15 nights and went 5 days without towels being changed/beds being changed, then additional 2 days (over a weekend). We have been to Last Vegas a number of times now but this is first time post-pandemic and first time in Planet Hollywood, we found check-in ok but found the room cleaning service poor mainly due to not getting done regularly.
