That every customer that has coin left on the redemption ticket, that doesn't want to be bothered with walking all the way to the cashier, the casino keeps that money. As soon as she saw me place the receipt on the counter, she slid my quarters to me and never said anything at all. I didn't even have to say anything to the employee at the cage. It printed out a ticket, which thankfully I grabbed and walked the block and a half to the Cashiers cage. It is literally stealing people's money a quarter at a time, etc. Was playing some video poker on Saturday evening and when we were done, we cashed out our machines and put our tickets in the redemption kiosk and the machine provided all my paper money, but it did not provide the coin money.
